4 GHz Analog Signal Generator: Model 835-4 Datasheet

The 835-4 fast-switching, low-noise signal generator covers the 9 kHz to 4 GHz frequency range. It features 0.001 Hz resolution, an internal battery option, AM/FM/PM pulse modulation, an extensive trigger and sweeping capability for ATE (automatic test equipment), and more.
