AmpliX Inc.is a privately held Canadian company incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act in February 1998. The major shareholders are Messrs. F. M. Ghannouchi, F. Beauregard, A. B. Kouki, Polyvalor and Mitec Telecom Inc.

AmpliX Inc. develops and manufactures DSP-controlled predistortion linearizers, linearized power efficient amplification systems and their sub-components for existing and emerging applications in broadband wireless ground and satellite communications systems covering the L, S, C, X, Ku, K and Ka band frequencies.

AmpliX Inc. also provides its customers with various engineering consulting services in the field of microwave linearization. These services include Research and Development projects and customized solutions to specific linearization related problems.
