Pulse Amp Module: RRC31050-10
The RRC31050-10 is designed for Radar system application frequencies from 2.7GHz to 3.5GHz and GaN HEMT technology has been used that performs high breakdown voltage, wide bandwidth and high efficiency. RRP31050-10 has been designed 2stages to have higher Gain at the wide frequency range of 2.7GHz ~3.5GHz. GaN HEMT technology has been used to every amplifier in it for better reliability. Since it is high efficiency amplifier, it can perform at max. 20% duty cycle and 1ms of pulse width. A droop feature is below 1dBfor long pulse usages.

RWP15100-10 is designed for Broadcasting, Telecommunication, Medical and Others. Its operating frequency range is from 500MHz to 2500MHz. RWP15100-10 used GaN on SiC technology and attached on an aluminum sub carrier with full in/out matching for broadband performance is already applied. Thermal control has been dramatically improved by using patented technology.
