Advantech Wireless Releases New PARAGON Class Flyaway 1.2m Ku/X-Band Antenna

Advantech Wireless a global leader for Satellite broadband communications solutions, announced recently the release of its new PARAGON Class Flyaway 1.2m Ku/X-Band Antenna.

Designed for civil and military use, the new PARAGON Class Flyway antenna from Advantech Wireless brings to the market top-class innovations that provide more stability, transportability and safety to the equipment.

With a Carbon fiber segmented reflector, it can be assembled without tools and mounted over its own transport case for easier operation.

The new positioning and locking system of the PARAGON Class Flyaway antenna ensures better rigidity to the entire set of mechanisms and simplifies the antenna’s assembly. All mechanisms are integrated into one case, providing a simple and rapid setup either for transportation or assembly.

The antenna does not require any additional transport cases, and combined with the New Generation of light weight, low consumption GaN technology based BUCs designed by Advantech Wireless, plus the new Advantech triple mode SCPC/Burst Mode TDMA/Burst Mode FDMA modems, provides a powerful ‘All Included’ VSAT solution,” stated Cristi Damian, VP Business Development at Advantech Wireless. “The entire terminal can be independently powered by the optional battery charger with foldable solar panels, for a truly self-sufficient communication solution over the satellite.”
