Anritsu Companysu Co. has published a new application note
titled "Understanding Frequency Accuracy in
Crystal Controlled Instruments". This application
note describes frequency accuracy for test
equipment such as synthesized signal generators,
networks analyzers, frequency counters,
spectrum analyzers, and other test equipment
using quartz crystal time base standards.
Uncertainties caused by temperature, time, and
gravity are explored.
