Absorptive High-Isolation SP6T Switch: QPC6064 Datasheet

The QPC6064 is a single-pole, 6-throw (SP6T) Silicon on Insulator (SOI) switch ideally suited for use in cellular, 3G, LTE, and other high performance communications and test systems. Features include +1.8 V logic compatibility, high isolation of 50 dB at 2 GHz, a high input IP3 of +59 dBm, and a single pin to disable the internal Negative Voltage Generator (NVG) and supply a negative voltage from off-chip, if necessary.
