SignalMeister Waveform Creation Software

The Keithley 290101 version 2.0 SignalMeister Waveform Creation Software is a next-generation development tool that allows engineers to quickly and flawlessly create both the basic and the highly complex signals required for today's RF wireless testing needs. It creates arbitrary waveform (ARB) files for Keithley's Series 2900 RF Vector Signal Generator instruments. The PC-based software tool has an intuitive object-oriented graphical user interface that's easy to learn and use, increasing productivity compared to using traditional software tools.

SignalMeister is a powerful software platform that integrates the signal creation libraries of multiple wireless communication standards into a single package. It provides a common look and feel, allowing you to easily create reference signals from one or more standards in a single development environment. The built-in toolset can be used to modify all signal types, including non-encrypted waveform files from other software packages, for extensive product testing.

SignalMeister is available exclusively from Keithley Instruments. It is compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista and is fully supported by Keithley. The software is available for free. It can be used for an indefinite time period and does not require registration or a license on the PC, so the software can reside on many users' desktops, increasing productivity. It is included with the documentation CD of every new RF vector signal generator. It can also be downloaded from Keithley's website, www.keithley.com.

Running waveform files created using SignalMeister requires a Keithley RF vector signal generator with an arbitrary waveform generator (ARB) option and a SignalMeister license option that matches the waveform signal standard of the file being run.
