9 kHz – 60 GHz UltraCMOS® SPDT RF Switch: PE42525
The PE42525 is a reflective single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch die with HaRP™ technology designed to support a wide frequency range from 9 kHz to 60 GHz. This wideband flip-chip switch delivers low 1.9 dB insertion loss, 38 dB isolation, fast switching times, and high isolation performance. It is deal for many applications including test and measurement, microwave back-haul, radar, and military communications.
The PE42525’s HaRP technology enhancements offer high linearity and excellent harmonics performance. It also offers the performance of GaAs technology with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS technology. This device does not require blocking capacitors if DC voltage is not present on RF ports.
