The QPD1000 is a wideband, 28 V, 50-Ohm input-matched RF transistor that is ideal for commercial and defense communications applications. The input matched transistor features power output of 24 W at 1 GHz, has CW & pulsed operation capability, and comes in a small, 5 x 6 mm leadless SMT package.
