4 – 18 GHz TWT Amplifiers
dB Control offers a series of TWT amplifiers with operating capabilities throughout the 4 – 18 GHz frequency range from 2 to 4 kW. With their high frequency bandwidth and power options, these amplifiers are ideal for radar, electronic countermeasures, electronic warfare simulation, test/measurement, antenna pattern, and radar cross-section measurement applications.
The TWT amplifiers feature a high duty cycles of operation resulting in highest average power available. These MIL grade devices are designed with very low phase noise and very high reliability. All four TWTAs feature standard 19-inch rack-mount configuration with integral forced-air cooling. Custom interface protocols are available, such as IEEE-488, RS-232, RS-422 and others.
