3G Test Systems

Wireless communications test systems have been enhanced with 3G capabilities. The HP E4406A VSA-series transmitter tester has been enhanced with one-button measurement capability for WCDMA and cdma2000 standards. The system also supports existing GSM, NADC, PDC, and cdmaOne measurements. The HP ESG-D series of signal generators now features multichannel WCDMA, multichannel cdma2000, and EDGE personalities. Designed to support R&D analysis and troubleshooting, the HP89400 series of vector signal analyzers offers one-button setup for digital demodulation of EDGE signal to existing GSM demodulation.
