The vector modulator achieves 360-deg phase shifting and has a 14-dB minimum attenuation range. It features two control current inputs and is accurate to within ± 0.2 dB and ±1-deg over any 40-MHz segment of the PCS band. Input third-order intercept point is better than +47 dBm and input/output VSWR is better than 1.40:1.
