2-18 GHz Broadband Amplifiers

Labtech Microwave has proven experience of producing high quality cascadable microwave amplifiers within the frequency range 10MHz – 40GHz. MultiOctave amplifiers have been designed and built at Labtech Microwave, with gain levels up to 80dB, noise figures as low as 2.5dB and output power up to 27dB. Labtech Microwave is also able to produce Form, Fit and Function replacements amplifiers.

Labtech Microwave builds the amplifier modules in a purpose built clean room which houses thin film processing, chip & wire assembly, test and lid welding using a laser process. Mechanical and microwave circuit design is also available.
