Datasheet: 18KWR0327 15.0-25.0 GHz GaAs MMIC Image Reject Mixer

Mimix Broadband's 15.0-25.0 GHz GaAs MMIC fundamental mixer is an image reject Kowari mixer which can be used as an up or downconverter. The device has a conversion loss of 8.0 dB with 18.0 dB image rejection across the band. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband's 2 µm GaAs HBT device model technology, and is based upon electron beam lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity.
