This product is available in chip form as a single-die (RM4109) or as a dual- die (RM4108) for dual channel operation. These high power passive limiters are based on GaAs Schottky diodes. The MMIC uses anti-parallel and series arrangement of diodes to enhance the power handling capability. These limiters provides a typical small signal return loss of better than 20 dB and an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB. The leakage power at 2W CW input power is less than 16 dBm
