100 MHz Low-Profile OCXO – XO5166 Series

The new XO5166 Series OCXO from MtronPTI is a low-profile OCXO standing at 6.4 mm maximum height with a 100 MHz output frequency. This oscillator combines frequency stability with low dynamic phase noise in a compact hermetically sealed package, and is able to withstand a wide range of harsh operating environments.
The OCXO–XO5166 features a standard DIL14 foot-print for simple integration into complex systems, and a 5 volt supply and HCMOS output that are compatible with many standard products available today. Ideal applications for the OCXO include military communication systems and processing subsystems.
Additional Key Features Include:
- Less than 120 sec warm-up time
- -160 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz and offset
- Operating temperature -20 to +70 degree
