Datasheet: 20IRRFM0374 12.0-34.0 GHz GaAs MMIC Image Reject Mixer

Mimix Broadband's 12.0-34.0 GHz GaAs MMIC fundamental mixer is a balanced mixer which has been optimized for use as a downconverter. The device has a conversion loss of 8.0 dB with a +15.0 dB image rejection across the band. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband's 0.15 µm GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon electron beam lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity.
