Avago Technologies’ new Broadband High Linearity InGaP HBT Gain Blocks: AVT-51663/AVT-53663 are economical, easy-to-use, general purpose InGaP HBT MMIC gain block amplifiers utilizing Darlington pair configuration housed in a 6-lead (SOT-363) surface mount plastic package.
The AVT-51663 and AVT-53663 are ideal devices for small-signal gain cascades or IF amplification.
