Yagi Antenna for the Railway Sector
The SENCITY® SPOT-M is a WiFi Yagi Antenna specifically designed for CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) applications. It operates in the 2400-2485 MHz frequency range and features 14 dBi gain, an extremely robust and compact design, and an enclosed bracket that allows installation on walls and masts.
SENCITY® SPOT-M is a WiFi Yagi Antenna meets railway-specific environmental requirements as per EN50125-3, and railway specific fire protection requirements as per EN 45545-2. The antenna’s slender design makes it ideal for use in tunnels where tight loading gauges restrict available space. Air volume is also reduced in the critical portion of the housing through a two-chamber principle. This reduces the amount that the antenna breathes when subjected to changes in temperature.
