90-Degree Hybrid Microwave Couplers Covering 1.4-18.0 GHz

KRYTAR’s models 3014180 and 3017180 are 90-Degree Hybrid Microwave Couplers that cover the 1.4 GHz to 18.0 GHz frequency range.

Both Microwave Couplers can split and combine signals in amplifiers, and can be used in switching circuits and in antenna beam-forming networks. They’re ideal for emerging wireless broadband designs and in test and measurement applications.

The 3014180 Microwave Coupler delivers excellent versatility from 1.4 to 18.0 GHz with excellent phase and amplitude matching. Typical specifications include Amplitude Imbalance: ±1.0 dB; Phase Imbalance is ±10 degrees; Isolation is >12 dB; Maximum VSWR: 1.70; Insertion Loss is <2.6 dB. This coupler measures only 2.62 inches (L) x 1.00 inches (W) x 0.40 inches (H), and weighs just 2.0 ounces.

The 3017180 Microwave Coupler also delivers excellent versatility from 1.7 to 18.0 GHz with excellent phase and amplitude matching. Typical specifications include Amplitude Imbalance: ±1.5 dB; Phase Imbalance is ±10 degrees; Isolation is >15 dB; Maximum VSWR: 1.75; Insertion Loss is <3.2 dB. This coupler measures 2.60 inches (L) x 0.625 inches (W) x 0.50 inches (H), and weighs just 1.6 ounces.

Both microwave couplers feature superior low insertion loss, high directivity and tight coupling. Additionally, both can be manufactured to comply with military specifications.
