RF Power Amplifiers
AR Modular RF offers the largest range of tactical communication amplifiers available today. All of these products cover the 30-512 MHz band and have RF outputs of 20W, 35W, 50W, 75W, 100W, and 125W; additionally, we have a dedicated SATCOM unit that produces an RF output of 200W. All of the units are self-tuning and require typically an input of only a few watts to drive them to full output.

This 500 Watt RF amplifier, from OPHIR RF, is only 5U tall, but provides high power. It is ideal for test and measurement applications that require high power in a small package. The amplifier's linear power device provides an excellent 3rd order intercept point, a wide dynamic range, and high gain.
