Linear Technology's LTC5585 is an ultrawide bandwidth direct conversion I/Q demodulator ideal for multimode LTE, W-CDMA and TD-SCDMA base stations, DPD receivers, and main receiver applications due to its wide bandwidth capability. It's also ideal for applications involving military receivers, broadband communications, point-to-point microwave data links, image reject receivers, and long range RFID readers.

This wideband I/Q demodulator operates in the 700MHz to 3GHz frequency range, has a conversion gain of 2.4 dB, a noise figure (NF) of 12.7 dB, I/Q Amplitude Mismatch 0.05dB, and I/Q Phase Mismatch. Additional information can be found on the available datasheet and power point presentation.
