The RFPA5552 is a Wi-Fi integrated, three-stage power amplifier (PA) module designed to operate over the 4900 MHz to 5925 MHz frequency range in applications using wireless routers, access points, residential gateways, consumer premise equipment, and the Internet of Things. The module features an integrated logarithmic power detector enabling power control across over the complete spectrum.
