Ultra-low Jitter Oscillators: M2060/M2061 Series Datasheet

The M2060/M2061 ultra-low jitter oscillators offer a significant improvement in signal-to-noise ratio and a frequency range of 20 MHz to 220 MHz in LVPECL and LVDS formats with less than 100 fs RMS jitter. Utilizing high performance 3^rd overtone crystal technology, these Jitter Oscillators are intended to be used in high performance timing applications including 10/40/100/400G Ethernet, 100G optical transport and reference clock for ASIC and FPGA for Datacom and other markets.
