Thin Film Circuit Manufacture

A mature in-house facility supplying thin film circuits to the Microwave industry since the 1980's. Housed in a purpose built clean room Labtech Circuits offers:

• 2" x 2" alumina tiles (10-25mil)
  
• Integral Nichrome resistors at 50ohm – 200ohm per square
  
• Process capable of line widths down to 18 microns with 10 micron gaps
  
• Laser hole drilling and cutting with internal radii of 100 microns
  
• Diamond saw dicing
  
• Assembly services – substrates attachment, chip & wire assembly and laser welding
