T124 Series Ultra-Low Frequency TCXO Datasheet

The T124 Series from Greenray Industries is an ultra-low frequency oscillator - available down to 650Hz - in a low profile, compact SMT package. The T124 Series TCXOs, available from 650Hz to 5.0 MHz, provide extremely stable, low frequency squarewave output (temp stability to ±0.3ppm over -40 to +85°C). The T124 features 3.3V input voltage and EFC (Electrical Frequency Control, optional) to adjust for long-term aging. Download the datasheet for more information.
