Datasheet: High Reliability VCXO: VFH5070

The VFH5070 line of high reliability VCXOs are ideal for industrial, military, and high temperature commercial applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and it operates in the 1MHz to 80MHz frequency range. These high reliability oscillators provide CMOS waveforms for applications subjected to the most stringent environmental conditions. The 5x7 mm SMD is hermetically sealed, ensuring the integrity of each oscillator.
