Datasheet: SP4T Absorptive Switch

The RM5200 MMIC SP4T absorptive switch offers excellent RF performance to >3 GHz, low intermodulation distortion, and fast < 25 ns switching speed -- over -55 to +125 oC. Each switch arm is controlled by a single, positive control voltage line (0, 5 V). Output ports achieve 1.15:1 SWR in "on" and "off" states. Typical insertion loss is 0.8 dB, and isolation is 55 dB. The RM5200 is available in die form.
