The Corning Gilbert GMS connectors are 50Ù blindmateable with similar size and power handling capability to the SMA type connectors with properties that make it ideal for multiple mate and backplane applications. The GMS system was specifically designed for fast, easy, and reliable engagement and disengagement eliminating the need for torque wrenches. GMS connectors offer excellent mechanical and electrical performance characteristics over the range of frequencies from DC to 23 GHz.
