Planar Monolithics Industries, Inc is pleased to offer our latest development: Model RFE-218-70-BB which is a 2.0 to 18.0 GHz Direction Finding Receiver Frontend. The minimum Dynamic Range of the Subsystem is -60 to +5 dBm; while the Input VSWR in Frequency Range is 3.0:1 and the Frequency Flatness at the outputs is ±3.0 dB maximum.

Planar Monolithics Industries, Inc is pleased to offer our latest development: Model RFE-218-70-BB which is a 2.0 to 18.0 GHz Direction Finding Receiver Frontend. The minimum Dynamic Range of the Subsystem is -60 to 5 dBm; while the Input VSWR in Frequency Range is 3.0:1 and the Frequency Flatness at the outputs is ±3.0 dB maximum. The Log Slope is 50 mV/dB (±10%) and the Log Linearity is ±2.25 dB maximum and the TSS is -63 minimum. The Rise Time is 30 nS maximum and the Recovery Time is 350 nS maximum. The Typical Gain is 3.0 dB and the Isolation between the outputs is 24dB minimum.
