QFN Packaging
As with all of our high reliability products, MMIC assembly and test services are centered on our MIL-PRF-38534 qualified assembly processes. Each design is documented and engineered to be assembled using these qualified processes. Need micro strips with your QFN? We are vertically integrated so we can manufacture them in our in-house thin film fab.
QFNs can be compliant to MIL-PRF-38534 (contact the factory for details). We take special care in making sure materials are selected with thermal dissipation, CTE matching, materials compatibility, and corrosion protection all considered in order to meet these stringent requirements. We can also produce build to print solutions per your requirements.
