The PTL1005-F series photo-etched chip inductor is employed in GaAs FET matching circuits such as low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) and voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs). These inductors feature 2% inductance tolerance, and a 100 PPM/°C temperature coefficient. The inductor's self-resonant frequency is controlled with ±10% while inductance is specified at 800 MHz as well as 100 MHz. The inductor is available in 1 to 12 nH inductance values and is packed on tape and reel.
