Mouser Electronics And IQD Frequency Products Sign Global Distribution Agreement

IQD Frequency Products has announced a global distribution agreement with Mouser Electronics, Inc., a leading global distributor of electronic components. Through this agreement, Mouser will distribute IQD’s frequency products worldwide.

The IQD frequency product line, available from Mouser Electronics, comprises over 80 models and more than 24,000 part numbers including the following range of models. The ultra-small IQXO-984/985/986 series are 32.768 kHz clock oscillators that consume just 30µA, with a standby current as low as 3µA. The devices offer start-up time of only 10ms at 1.8V with a rise and fall time of 200ns. The ultra-low power clock oscillators are ideal for use in handheld and battery-powered applications such as battery management systems, communication modules and systems, LCD lighting systems, and smart meters.

The IQXO-540 AUTO series are AEC-Q200- and ISO/TS16949-qualified clock oscillators for industrial and automotive applications, with frequencies available in the range from 4.0 to 50MHz. With stabilities down to ±25ppm over -40 to +85 degrees Celsius or ±50ppm over the extended temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius, the 3.3V ceramic hermetically sealed models offer a current consumption as low as 5mA and standby current of 10µA (in standard temperature range), making them ideal for industrial applications as well as in-car applications including ABS, airbag sensors, navigation, and remote keyless entry systems.

The IQXT-210 series temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) are designed specifically for applications that require a high stability oscillator but don’t have either the physical space for or power to drive an oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO). The IQXT-210 series offer a frequency stability down to ±0.14ppm across a wide frequency range from 10MHz up to 50MHz. Operating over the standard industrial temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, the 3.3V devices feature a typical current consumption of less than 10mA.

The IQOV-162 series OCXOs provide a frequency stability down to ±5 parts per billion (ppb) over the full industrial temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The 14×9×6.5mm, 3.3V devices are available in a wide frequency range from 10 to 100MHz, and offer 300mA current consumption. The IQOV-162 series oscillators are ideal for applications such as CDMA base stations, optical networking, Ethernet, SATA and satellite communications, or wherever a very low-profile OCXO is required.
