These millimeter wave frequency multipliers feature a small size, fullband performance, and flat output over frequency. They’re ideal for frequency extension, phase lock loops, and test equipment/laboratory use applications.
These millimeter wave frequency multipliers are especially ideal for extending the use of test equipment into millimeter wave bands. They’re able to generate enough power to pump biased mixers and detectors, or to lock injection-lockable oscillators and amplifiers.
Both standard and high powered versions of these frequency multipliers are available. The standard version operates with 10 to 18 dBm input power and typically provides -10 to 0 dBm of output power. The high power version operates at +20 to +23 dBm of input power and provides 3 to 10 dBm output power.
