Millimeter Wave Ferrite Circulators and Isolators: JFD Series
The JFD series of Millimeter Wave Ferrite Circulators and Isolators are compact and lightweight and feature high isolation and low insertion loss. They’re ideal for applications involving amplifiers and oscillators, assemblies and subsystems, and can be used as a duplexer in transceivers.
These ferrite circulators and isolators cover the 18 to 100 GHz frequency range. The circulators in this series are three-port ferrite junction devices that can be configured as an isolator by terminating one of the three ports. Standard units are creates with an in-line tee configuration, making them ideal for compact circuit layouts.
The JFD series Isolators are much smaller in size and feature lower insertion loss than other isolators offered by Millitech.
