High Linearity Small Cell Power Amplifier: QPA9226 Datasheet

The QPA9226 is a 0.25 W small cell power amplifier (PA) optimized for use in repeaters, boosters, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Features include a 2.5 – 2.7 GHz operating frequency range, three integrated high performance amplifier stages, 34 dB of gain, and 14 percent PAE at 24 dBm.
