High Linearity Small Cell Power Amplifier: TQP9424 Datasheet

The TQP9424 is a 0.5 W small cell power amplifier (PA) optimized for use in repeaters, boosters, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Features include a 2.3 to 2.4 GHz operating frequency range, three integrated high performance amplifier stages, 36.3 dB of gain, and 14 percent PAE at 27 dBm.
