4.0 - 18.0 GHz, 40 W Min Solid-state High Power Amplifier: AMP2108BDB Datasheet

The AMP2108BDB is a solid-state high-power amplifier designed for various applications including EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, and communication. This dual-band system operates in Bands A (4.0 - 6.0 GHz) and B (6.0 - 18.0 GHz), with band switching in under 15 milliseconds. Featuring a compact rack-mounted design, it utilizes Class A/AB Linear design with high-power advanced technology devices, offering a minimum output of 40 Watts (CW or Pulse) at Psat and 20 Watts (typical) at P1dB. With a power gain of at least 46 dB and an ultra-wide bandwidth, it ensures high efficiency, reliability, and ruggedness. Equipped with built-in protection circuits, extensive monitoring, and local LCD & remote flexible interfaces, it guarantees operational safety and ease of use.

The electrical specifications include power consumption up to 600 Watts at rated output, operating voltage range of 100 - 240 VAC, and various protection measures such as input power protection and load VSWR protection. Optional features include a sample port with -50 dB attenuation.
