The TGA2218-SM is a Ku-band GaN power amplifier that operates from 13.4-16.5 GHz, provides more than 41 dBm of saturated output power, and has greater than 23 dB of large signal gain. The device is available in a 5.50 x 4.50 x 1.67mm package, and is ideally suited for satellite communications, data link, and radar applications.
