GaN Devices For S, C, And L-Band Radar And L-Band Avionics Applications Released At IMS2012

Adrian Collins, director of business development, introduces Microsemi, a semiconductor manufacturer that reaches into several different applications, most notably Hi-Rel. He then gives a glimpse into their line of GaN and silicon diodes. At the show this year, Microsemi introduced a line of new high-power GaN devices for S-Band and C-Band radar applications, as well as devices for L-Band avionics and L-Band radar applications. Microsemi's newly published catalog is also highlighted.
