The SKYA21012 is a pHEMT GaAs FET I/C SPDT switch operating in the 20 MHz to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The device features positive voltage control, very low insertion loss, high isolation, and excellent linearity performance. Typical applications include many automotive and medical applications such as infotainment, automated toll systems, and patient telemetry.
