Designed for sonar, radar, communication, and instrumentation applications, the Butterfly BDSP9124 is a FFT processor used in Interactive Circuits and Systems, Ltd.'s beamforming ICS-2200 board. The 50-MHz FFT processor performs multi-channel finite impulse response filtering and decimation, complex demodulation, replica correlation, complex beamforming, and inverse beamforming. The processor maintains the sequential order of data by channel while up to 4,096 high-bandwidth channels are input to the board.
