E-Band Block Down Converter: SNG-12-01

Ducommoun’s latest block down converter covers the 60 to 90 GHz frequency range, and is especially well-suited for millimeter wave labs that don’t typically have the budget for larger-scale equipment to extend the testing capabilities of low-frequency noise figure meters. It can also be used to test noise figures in E-band devices through using the Y-factor method, thus negating the need for noise figure meters in some cases.
The block down converter’s full waveguide band capability, low spurious/harmonics, low LO frequency and power requirements, compact size, and light weight make it a versatile solution for a wide array of noise figure testing applications.
