Drone Payload Satellite Simulator: Drone Satellite Series (DSS)
AtlanTecRF offers a new compact, lightweight and high efficiency drone payload satellite simulators with operation in either the Ka-band (30 GHz uplink and 20 GHz downlink) or Ku-band (14 GHz uplink and 11 GHz downlink) with options for both circular and linear polarization. This Drone Satellite Series (DSS) offers battery powered, cable-less RF test solutions for military and other Unmanned Airborne Vehicle (UAV) applications.
The DSS “sparrows” in the sky are agile, fast, and can transmit a signal from point A to point B without the use of a satellite. These satellite simulators can also intercept the uplink from foe SATCOM stations and transmit a downlink to a friendly receiver who can either listen in to gain advantage, or transmit back false data for confusion effects.
