Directional Power Detectors
Richardson RFPD, Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for a family of new directional power detectors from M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (M/A-COM), featuring integrated low loss directional couplers and built-in temperature compensation circuits.
The new devices provide an easy way to accurately monitor the power of a signal travelling in a specific direction along a transmission line. The detectors are housed in 1.5 mm x 1.2 mm lead free plastic surface mount packages. They are ideally-suited for a range of applications, including power monitoring and leveling in point-to-point radios, IMS, radar, VSAT, electronic warfare, and aerospace and defense systems.
