The PTHM1616C Series chip directional couplers offer reliability to a variety of mobile communication designs, and have a 0606 footprint with a low profile of 0.5 mm.
Available in a carrier frequency range from 800 MHz to 2000 MHz, the series is designed for a low insertion loss of <0.2 dB, and an average coupling of 16 dB. They are one-half the size of available directional couplers targeted for miniature mobile platforms.
The couplers are packaged on tape and reel in 4000 piece quantities.
