The C-Band (2865-3165 MHz) Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications, Inc. offers unbeatable performance. V810ME05-LF features a low phase noise performance of - 91dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset away from carrier. This new model combines linear tuning with superior harmonic suppression. It provides a typical tuning sensitivity of 75MHz/V and harmonic suppression better than - 25dBc while delivering an O/P power of 4dBm+/- 2dB over the extended operating temperature range of - 40 to 85 ºC. The tuning bandwidth of 300MHz requires only 0.5 – 5.5 V. V810ME05-LF functions at 5VDc supply drawing 20mA (typical) current.
V810ME05-LF comes in Z-Communications' industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow; this is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
