Ophir RF’s 7006 Broadband RF Power Amplifier covers the 1.0 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. At 1.0 to 2.5 GHz, it has a saturated power output of 80 W (typ), and at 2.5 GHz to 6.0 GHz, it has a 50 W (typ) output power. With ALC, this amplifier has a +/-1dB small signal flatness. Without ALC, it has a +/-3dB small signal flatness.
