Microchip’s 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) portfolio offers higher performance, memory, and peripherals to solve increasingly complex embedded system design challenges. With the MIPS microAptiv or M4K core, the 32-bit controllers has the ability to complete fast interrupts and context switches.

These PIC 32-bit devices are able to meet a wide variation of design challenges from simple USB device connectivity to RTOS-driven graphical user interface applications with advanced audio processing. Combined with the MPLAB® Harmony software framework, low cost development tools, and pin/peripheral compatibility, PIC32 MCUs help to shorten time to market and allow designs to grow. These controllers can be used for many advanced applications including high impact graphic/user interfaces, multitasking embedded control, and Ethernet/USB/CAN connectivity.
