The AMP3085P is a solid-state high-power amplifier designed for instant full X-Band high-power pulse applications.
Featuring a Class AB design, it boasts built-in protection circuits for enhanced reliability and ruggedness. Operating within an 8.0 - 12.0 GHz frequency range, it delivers a minimum of 100 Watts and a typical 120 Watts power output pulse, with a maximum average output of 33 Watts. With a power gain of at least 50 dB and a power gain flatness of 3.0 dB p-p, it ensures consistent performance.
This amplifier also offers protection against high input power and load VSWR. Operating in temperatures ranging from -20 to +75°C, it is suitable for various environmental conditions.
